When holding hands it reduces the stress hormone called Cortisol. 4. Holding hands raises oxytocin levels which is the hormone known as the "love hormone" which is all about creating connections. 5. It creates healthy activities. Holding hands creates moments of connectiveness. Holding hands isn't just for dating, hospitalizations or intense moments. It is also for the daily togetherness. So, go hold hands, enjoy the day, create those moments of love and comfort and connection.
